Which scale is more useful when assessing impulsivity in both clinical and non-clinical samples: BIS-15 or SUPPS-P?

What are the pro's and con's of each scale? What is the gold standard? What are your experiences? I am having a hard time deciding which scale to implement in my research. I would be very grateful for your answers, hints, experiences and opinions!
