The idea is good I just dont understand what do you ask? If there are data on usage of medicinal plants for treatment of some cancer you should focus your attention that plant.

We are going to start our project about next 3 months. I want to know new opinions before starting our project.

We are going to screening some new Iran's medicinal plants which have cytotoxic effects on human cancer cells in vitro at first. Then select plants which are effective and evaluate them on animal models.

I know there are some methods such as MTT, SRB, LDH, AO/EtBr, Giemsa staining, Ethidium bromide staining, Hoechst 33342 staining, apoptosis tests etc. But I want to know newest and applicable opinions.
