Dear Experts,
I am facing little problem in selecting primers for Klebsiella and Enterobacter species. I could not find primers for these two. I want to detect the only Genus of Klebsiella and Enterobacter. I have a facility to do multiplex PCR too. If any one have any experience on these, or familiar to their primers, please let me know.
It would be a great help for me if you can suggest me with reference paper. Thanks a lot.

Identification of Enterobacter spp
you can start with 16S rDNA but including hsp60 and rpoB sequences provides more information. We adapted some primers from the literature - here are our sequences
Hsp60-F: 5’-GGTAGAAGAAGGCGTRGTHGC
Hsp60-R: 5’-ATGCAYTCGGTVGTGATCATCAG
rpoB-f: 5’-AAAAACGTATTCGTAAGGATTTTGGTAA
rpoB-r2: 5’-CCAGCAGATCCAGGCTCAGCTCCATGTT
