I think A.vinelandii is very useful to study nitrogenase chemistry.

Thanks for the attention and the answer to my question, if the nitrogen fixing bacteria are satisfactory then they are definitely harmful (for example Klebsiella bacteria), but if they are not satisfactory like rhizobia bacteria, they do no harm to humans.
