Which one may not refer to deflation? A. excess supply. B. price falls. C. recession. D.deficient demand E. cyclical unemployment is zero. D. Expansionary fiscal policy in place.
Expansionary fiscal policy
I agree with Mis Preeeti Sharma, Expansionary Fiscal Policy is the correct answer.
If you mean excess supply of money, then it is also not deflationary
Expansionary nature of any macroeconomic policy, it may be fiscal policy or monetary policy, will never explain deflation.
Evidently, expansionary fiscal policy.
