Sometimes you have the opportunity to make a leader, and in others opportunities that are favorable for you to become the leader, whichever is more important in your opinion.

The fifth and final characteristic of a successful leader is being responsible.
Dear Dr. Len Leonid Mizrah, I agree with you for your comment, but the most important thing is to adopt a generation capable of leadership, and there are several characteristics that must be worked on among future leaders, the most important of them:
- Scientific excellence and distinction
- Self confidence
- Strong personal, good speaker, wise, wise, wise
- The positive effect of what is around it
- Lovable, honest and fair
I think that the number if it is big, is better than the small number, so I prefer to contribute to the industry of leaders than to be the leader

- The leaders are born means that is ascribed status of the individual. The leaders are made means that is achieved status of the individual. The Empowered leaders are in the second category of achieved status. The Empowered leaders should have outstanding attributes and practices.
- The Empowered leaders has to adopt new ways of being, thinking, engaging and creating etc. He has to capacity to transform the society or group by his own intelligent.
- The Empowered leaders create awareness to attract others. The expansion of awareness is for individuals to become empowered leaders. It is an intellectual maturity form I to WE.
- Moreover, empowered leaders can able to predict the Positive and Negative Impact. They are capable of being to handle the following things successfully.
- 1. Accept and Admit the mistakes because that will be foundation for further development and prosperity.
- 2. Take possible initiative with full confidence and understanding.
- 3. Respect and Recognize others.
- 4. Self-manage, Self-reflect and Self-aware are the basic characteristics of Empowered leadership.

Of those leaders who break into societies to save them, to change the order of things, to think for everyone, ... history already has too many examples and has almost always been fateful for humanity. That is why I believe that society should try to train young people today comprehensively because it will be they who will take the reins of society tomorrow. In this case, people with a solid technical training, as well as civic and values, with leadership skills will be those who take the generational change in the key positions of society.

Generally, leaders are born & not made due to the environment which has been with them either seen the beginning of their life or of their acquiring the requisite qualities of leadership. With this leaders have to acquire the quality of their mind with the contribution of making the passage of their own contribution which may have an acceptance of the surrounding environment. We all have a weakness , worthy qualities of human beings which have flowered them as an accepted leader of the nation with an influence on the universal also such as Mahatma Gandhiji, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela & such other personalities.

First became a leader then helping other to be a leader.
I'm very skeptical about "leaders" who think they will "save society." Too many of such leaders have existed in human history, and too many have spent most of their efforts only to cement their position of authority. To the point of imprisoning, banishing, or executing their opposition.
That is why it is imperative to educate the people. Not brainwash, with a "leader's" self-serving ideology. If the people determine they need any such "leader," as opposed to a representative who accomplishes specific tasks given by the people, then the people have to be able to understand what this "leader" is doing, and how to rid themselves of the "leader" when the time is right.
The issue of empowerment and improvement in intelligent use of leadership strategies are important factors. The main reason is that leaders adopt decisions and perform actions which inspire others to lead a happy life full of good dreams.
