Most of high impact journals will take longer time to publish a paper than that of a less impact journals. At the end, we proud once our paper get published in a high impact journal after it takes one and half or two year long process. On the other side, for the same period, we should be able to publish three to four journal articles in no/less impact journals and start getting cited by other scholars. Any one want to share your opinion or experience, what a young researcher should opt for that kind of situations? Thanks.

I believe the quality of impact factor journal is important factor but the time which is spend is too big to be published.
But in Academics people hardly pay attention to refereed journal.
Even i was also recommended to only use SCOPUS or ISI journals...
