Which of the primers is used for amplification for nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria?

We used Zher &Maclyold primer for nif H. We need to know that this primer gives amplification for both heterotrophic nitrogen fixing bacteria and cyanobacterial community. Kindly clarify.
