Hi, I'm doing my master dissertation. My research aims to investigate how individual factors (intrinsic motivation, paradox mindset, task significance, resource available, proactive personality) in total five independent variables impact employee creativity mediated by unlearning(the process employees abandon old outdated knowledge and skills to learn new ones).

Actually I tested the mediation using Barron&Kenny method, but the result showed that unlearning is not a mediator. Might could be the problem that I did not choose the most suitable model to test for I have so many independent variables?
