I have used so far the Ovid interface when performing a search for a systematic review. By this I mean searching for studies to include to a systematic review and not searching for a systematic review. I usually include EMBASE and MEDLINE as resources and run my search. Does anyone have an alternative to the Ovid interface to propose?

My subject area is imaging. I meant interface to search for studies to include in a systematic review and not an interface to look for a systematic review.I should have made this more clear in the question.
Hi Anastasia, your library may have other interfaces like Proquest
I think OVID Medline is the best option, because of its many advanced boolean operators.
Thank you all for the answers. Daniel I have used Ovid Medline before and I do agree that it has many advanced boolean operators. Nevertheless I discovered that I got limited returns in comparison with the equivalent search in PubMed for example. Hence my question to try and find an alternative.
Limited not always means worst. Answers could be more precise if you specified your clinical question or at least domain (i.e. intervention, prevention, treatment)
I would suggest Web of Science/Web of knowledge. Already includes Medline and Scielo (amosng others), you have many options to refine and save your search, searches goes for all the authors of the paper, and the “quick recorded training” is available to help you start searching. Does not provide MESH terms as the pubmed does, but you can also create your ENDNOTE files from there (different from the ENDNOTE in your coumputer, but allows you to share online ENDNOTE libraries with others). Good option to avoid searches in several databases.
