Dear Shaima Ibraheem Chyad Al-khazraji, I agree with Adel Amer in that your question is rather vague. I you are still interested in satisfactory answer, please provide a few more details.
Iwant any one know about techniques used for synthesis derivative compounds from dimethyl dichloro silane with aromatic aldehydes or aromatic carboxylic , Iwant paper& methods for synthesis.
Dear Shaima Ibraheem Chyad Al-khazraji, I found a reference indicating that Me2SiCl2 does not react with benzaldehyde. The statement is marked in yellow in the attached pdf.
Dear Shaima Ibraheem Chyad Al-khazraji , the reason is that the article is rather old (1966) and that it was originally published in a Russian journal. Attached please find a pdf of the original article. I hope you will find it useful.
P.S. If someone helps you by answering your questions on RG, it is polite to recommend those questions.

Preparation of dimethylsilanediyl diaalkanate II To a slurry of sodium alkanoate (8.2 g, 100 mmol, 2.0 equiv.) in anhydrous diethyl ether (40 mL) was slowly added a solution of dimethyldichloro silane I (6.45 g, 50 mmol, 1.0 equiv.) in anhydrous diethyl ether (10 mL). After addition was completed, the mixture was heated at reflux for 2 hours, and then filtered under N2. The filtrate was concentrated under vacuum at 40 °C to give dialkanoate II.
