3. "Scouring - Hydraulic Structures Design Manual Series, Vol. 2" by H.N.C. Breusers and A.J. Raudkivi, Delft Hydraulics, Delft, Netherlands.

Wow, yes that's quite specific. Anyway, if you need a good book on the maths of river dynamics I recommend the textbook by Carling and Dawson, see attached info.
