Which is the Better ecosystem for Complex real time Event Processing

I need it for a managing complex events for a transportation project

We are using Odysseus (developed by researchers at University of Oldenburg) data stream management and processing engine for real-time analysis and feed-back mechanisms. It is freely available and generates high-order information adequately. It also provides flexible processing concepts and efficient resource management tools.
