The emeraldine form of polyaniline often refer to as emeraldine Base (EB) is neutral, if it is doped (protonated) with acid(1M HCl) it is called emeraldine salts (ES) is conducting, with imine nitrogens protonated by an acid. from both types emeraldine base and emeraldine salt which one will show antibacterial property and why?

I am quite in agreement with Abdelkader BOUAZIZ in this question. Numerous researches confirm the intensification of antibacterial properties of PANI after the inclusion of Ag, whether in form of nanoparticles, salts or oxides.
The PANI–Cu-doped ZnO nanocomposite and the PANI–sulfosilicate composite are other examples of PANI composites with high antibacterial activity.
