The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that make surgery technically difficult for bariatric surgeons.
It is entirely a subjective study where the respondents are asked to give their opinion about a number of factors that may be important in making bariatric surgery technically more (or less as the case may be) demanding.

The ideal key is often reached by assess the risk-benefit ratio of each procedure and identify bariatric outcome for a specific patient .A surgeon experience and skill is one of the most important factors in the decision making process. Lastly the patient’s preferences should not be established as corner stone for procedure selection.
Mostly the higher BMI and more central obesity with huge liver and large omentum mostly make surgery difficult so preop loss of weight protocol is mandatory especially liver shrinkage diet
