I have had to create physical questionnaires and use them in my research. I had three persons who are experts to vouch for the content validity. I get some feedback also from persons who respond to my questionnaires, so that I can improve as needed. It would be the same with online questionnaires.

Dear Ph. D. What is expected of any scientist is a responsible attitude with his scientific productions, he must take into account that he responds to a scientific community, but that his work is mainly aimed at raising the quality of life of his fellow citizens, of his community, of all humanity. I believe that the ethical committees of any institution, first of all, must develop their codes of action in the context of the community, respecting the culture, identity, and social psychology of each community. And for me, the first thing that an Ethics Committee must take into account is respect for the object of research and its interrelationships with its environment. It cannot be forgotten that man is an eminently cultural being and that his morals are closely related to his culture. I hope these ideas help you in his project. My respects.
