Although WEKA is a very powerful tool and has many incorporated easy to use classification algorithms, I would suggest you now try  R programming. You will realize R offers a lot of flexibility in terms of your desired need for creating classifiers (models). R is very rich in graphical plotting (Visualization) beside being a very easy language to learn. Once you are conversant with R programming you may use RWEKA that provide the two environments that compliment one another.
