I have prepared 49 survey questions for twelve usability factors. These questions will use for measuring usability of service based system. Each question has 5 scales that are 1 as lowest scale and 5 as height scale. I want to mine which factor is appropriate for service based system based on survey. Could you please suggest some data mining techniques that help to mine the factors?

You can use clustering techniques, kmeans or hclust can be a good choices.

Beside Clustering, you can mine association rules also.
