I am studying the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm.

In Adsorption kinetics the concentration of each dye varies, after predetermine time intervals, the amount of dye adsorbed during any time interval was calculated using this equation:

                                             qt= ((C0-Ct)/m) * V

qt is the amount of dye absorbed per unit mass of adsorbent (mg g-1), C0 is initial concentration and Ct is concentration of dye (mg L-1) at time t. m is mass of adsorbent in g and V is volume of dye solution in L.

But problem  are in adsorption isotherm,

In adsorption isotherm studies are performed at different temperatures,

My question is that,which concentration varies in adsorption isotherm.

Initial (C0) or. equilibrium concentration( Ce)
