The best place to begin with is to look into the web sites of antibody makers. They usually suggest subcellular markers from their catalogues and you could see there the performance of the antibody. You could have a look at abcam (look into subcellular markers at http://www.abcam.com/index.html?pageconfig=productmap&cl=251). Molecular Probes at Life Technologies have also good information. Sigma has also a dedicated page (http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/life-science/cell-biology/antibodies/prestige-antibodies/organelle-markers.html). There are many more. Another approach is to google "subcellular marker antibody" or "organelle marker antibody". You will get enough links to start with.

It would depend which sub-cellular organelle you are trying to visualize. For organelle visualization it would be best to use fluorescence imaging. However, you may used prestige antibodies as organelle markers for subcellular localization. Attached is more information.

Golgi can be stained very well with TGN46 (FOR HUMAN CELL LINES) and TGN38 (for Rat or mouse cells)- use the one from ABD Serotec.It will stain the Trans-Golgi network (use 1:100 or 1:250 dilution).

or Golgin 97 (Life technologies) for staining Golgi apparatus.

For ER, Calreticulin works well

For Endosomes;

Early endosomes: EEA1 (from BD Biosciences) use 1:50 dilution

For lyssomes, Lamp1 or Lamp3 antibodies would work,

They all work for cell lines, however, you will have to try it out for tissue sections.
