I am currently in need of wind data (wind speed and wind direction: possibly every hour) for Malaysia. Unfortunately, the data from the National Department are due to payment and it is expensive when I am interested in acquiring a data worth of 33 years.
Are there any website or database that is providing wind data for free of charge and also for a long duration like 33 years?
