is there any free database to get the S-N Curve data for different steel alloys..? or all the steel alloys have approximately same S-N Curve..?
I need S-N Curve data for 1.4542 or Acidur 4542 or AISI 630 or ASTM A564/A564M-13 S17400

I got the impression that your approach to S-N curves is that they are intrinsic to each alloy. I just wanted to state that S-N curves shift with the inclusion content of the metal even when the specimen size, type of loading and R ratio are the same. Therefore one can expect to see a family of S-N curves for each steel. I hope this helps.

Correct me if i am wrong:
- S-N curve data for a material is available only through experimental data and we cannot calculate S-N curve data values through theoretical approach.
- The sources for S-N curve data is either through research papers, books or experimental data from the material supplier.

In fatigue testing the stress - Number of cycles to failure (S-N) curve in practice is a sensitive curve of more than 10 factors for size, surface type, loading type, stress concentration factors, etc. It also has different values for each type of steel material for standard laboratory samples and I advise you to search for these values for the specified type of steel required by reviewing the researcher references, also you can found a good collection date in ANSYS Mechanical design software program, which has standard values for the required curve and using a number of failure criteria and type of loading and it gives impressive results for the fatigue life and fatigue safety factor of the mechanical part material under study as I send you this file for more information. There are models that approximates fatigue S-N data from more readily available tensile data for steel, aluminum alloys etc. I suggest looking into reading studies from Manson (Coffin-Manson).
If nothing else is available, as a last resort, use Manson's Universal Slopes approximation, which would construct a curve for you with just uniaxial properties. Not accurate, but inexpensive and handy.

you need S-N fatigue endurance limit around N=10^7cycles data for MANY load ratios in many alloys and NOT at R=-1 data only.
