Dow Corning is a well known manufacturer of silicones too. They make Sylgard 184, a popular heat curing polydimethylsiloxane composed of two components, a silicone oil and a crosslinker. May be the oil alone could match your requirements, or if your experiment can be adapted to solid state you can mix the two components in a 10:1 ratio and let the mixture harden at room temperature or heating.
