I want to study thermal conductivity of Aerogel materials by using Molecular Dynamics simulation. I am new to Molecular Simulation techniques and don't know where to start.

As an introduction to MD simulations, i recommand the following book '
The Art of Molecular Dynamics Simulation' by D. C. Rapaport . I used this book when i started working in this domain .
You don't need to have lots of experience in physics to use and understand MD simulations (basic math and some physics will do the job).
