What is your goal? Do you use an existing ABS system or do you want to build up your own brake pressure control?
If you want to simulate the whole system with all hydraulic and electromechanical componentes, you need to know a lot of parameters quite well to have reliable results.
If you have the real system, you may parametrize an artificial dynamic system, that describes the dynamics of the closed loop brake pressure control. As far as I know, one way to control the solenoid valve is to control the coil current with pulse width modulated voltage (electronic half-bridge). If you have a good electromechanical and controller design, you gain a nearly linear behavior. Possibly at the end you can desribe the closed loop pressure control as an PT1 element.
Firstly thank you Mr. Martin Schünemann for your reply.
GOAL:
Actually in first phase I want to simulate whole ABS system with hydraulic modulator using matlab/simulink. Then in second phase that algorithm testing using rapid control prototyping (RCP) on actual vehicle. for hydraulic modulator i will go for existing ABS hydraulic unit in the market.
Problem:
Now the thing is that, in simulation my controller gives optimum pressure to prevent wheel locking. But how to achieve this pressure at caliper piston side by actuating hydraulics valves. Because in real time system there should be PWM signal to actuate these valve so that desired pressure can be obtain.
