There are many corporate governance mechanisms, like (board size, board independent, CEO duality, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership...etc). You can get the data from annual report for each bank (depend on measurement of every variable).

The question is where can you get that kind of data from in particular for corporate governance. Im looking for similar data for Australia and New Zealand and some of the data bases do not appear to have them.
