I am currently looking for a non-parametric weather generator, and I find KnnCAD V4 (King, 2015) suitable for my work. But I couldn't find the R code of the KnnCAD algorithm. If anyone can provide the code in R/python that would be great.

I don't know about your expertise, how much you know R. If you have some basic idea of using R / python you can make some changes to get your results. Following are some references for your reading.

I found a code of KnnCAD published by Mandal et.al., 2016. You can access the code from https://github.com/sohomiitb/Climate-Machine-Learning. Though I had some problems running the code that is available in the repository. So I use a code published in their Bluebook document. I have attached the code and sample files here.
