I am working economic load dispatch problem and need load, demand and loss coefficients data for evaluation. Can any one recommend me exact url of IEEE or any other standard source of above mentioned electrical data?

I need generator's upper and lower limits and loss coefficients. By checking the above URL, i can't see generator's data and its coefficients to calculate optimum cost of electricity generation at particular demand. Can you provide some more guidance about that? Furthermore, if you know from where to download IEEE test systems data for economic dispatch, let me know.
