Where can I find datasets of network traffic from IoT devices that connect to a cellular network?

I've searched related questions but I think most of the dataset comes from the IoT device that operates on a wireless network. What I am looking for is the network traffic of wearable IoT devices or other IoT devices that connect to a cellular network (4G or 5G). Dataset in PCAP format would be better. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
