I want to perform some computations taking different rates/prices for the regulation ancillary service. For this, I need prices for, for example, 15-min, 30-min, hourly, etc. regulation service contracts. Hourly (or 15 min, 30 min, etc.) averaged tariff rates of different ISOs/TSOs throughout the day may be of help.
Just go through the ISO or National grid operator website. They will publish the list of ancillary service providers, and different type of contracts, and monthly prices paid on various services. But I don't think they will provide 15 min or 30 min since the name ancillary service it self indicates that the grid operator will call it when he need it. If he don't need he wont call for any service in entire day(s). Of course there is a connection holding (fixed) price will be paid by the ISO to all the ancillary service providers. For example, in UK, National Grid plc publish all these information. I forgot the name of the site (a subsidiary of Power grid corporation of India limited) which also publish the similar details in India. I hope this helps a bit....
Thank you, Jagadeesh Sir. I'll go through the same. Its POSCO (Power System Operation Corporation Limited) and takes care of load dispatch function. From different ISO's website I can get Day Ahead as well as Real Time ancillary services data. But, it is not actually suiting my purpose. However, I can make some assumption to have a kind of conservative computations.
