There is no set procedure for doing this. You are very unlikely to find much on clinical trials.gov. The primary and various secondary trial publications will to contain fairly detailed analyses of subgroups but if the information you want has not been published then you will need to contact the trial PI or the sponsor (BIG in this case). Trial data is owned by the sponsor and anything that is not in the public domain will in general only be released with the agreement of the Trial Management Group and sponsor and is likely to require a formal data-sharing agreement between sponsor and your institution.
Agree with Rob - there are very few big imaging data sets available to the general public. One reason is that patients sign consent forms for use of their data in the context of their trial, not for blanket use by anyone who wants it.
