I'm a student doing a experiment and I need 2 strains, one F+ and one F-. In my institution they only have antibiotic-resistant strains not suited for this type of experiment, so I have to buy them from other places. In most sites that offer extensive description of the strains they sell the prices are very high, but others sell them cheap but with no information about the strains.
