As u have mentioned in the question that what will be the best temperature where we can get good result, for this que, i comment that as u have used waste glass, i assume it is having different types of glasses so it may have different tempeartures where it will degrade so i suggest you to do trial and error for this study for example at every 50 degree celcius you check the properties and you can find which range it will degrade and you can stop at that point and you can search for the exact value, i hope it helps
