I am trying find such a software to change absorption data to actual graphs between amount of adsorbed(mg/g) Vs time or applying mathematical equation to solve kinetic and thermodynamic purposes.
If you are trying to convert your adsorption data to graphs, I suggest you plot using origin software. Microsoft excel can also be used but you may not be able to fit the data using various adsorption isotherm models.

For adsorption kinetics, you first have to use the UV/Vis spectroscopy data to determine the solution concentrations at different time using a measured extinction coefficient from a Beer's law analysis. Then, the amount of adsorbed compound per mass of adsorbent, q, can be deduced by subtracting the mass of adsorbate in solution at a given time from the initial mass of adsorbate in solution (qt = (C0-Ct)*V / m). This can be done with Excel or Origin.
