hi.

first of all you need to set your objective. you need to create questions base on your objective. its better to understand your target audiance first and devide the respondents accordingly so that you can have a good discussion later. there are many types of waste. you should be clear on type of waste assesment that you target for. every country or local council got slightly different definition on that. better check on it rather then assuming its all the same around the world. this way your findings will be more representive and beneficial to public rather just target for pure academic purpose only.
