According to the website https://www.addgene.org/14883/, it has bleomycin resistance. However, bleomycin can be used both for bacteria selection and cell selection.

Then what is the cell selection for this plasmid?

Bacterial selection would be ampicillin and cell selection would be bleomycin which is driven by the SV40 promoter
