India has a huge domain of education.
It is a young country, with more than 60% of its population aged below 30 years.
ICT-based education would be one of the concrete steps in empowering the youth.

I see a multi-stakeholder approach with Indian policymakers and business representatives as the sole way to improve the literacy of India's youth. Their collaboration might distill the comprehensive dissemination of cheap laptops and Internet access among Indian schools.

The compatibility structure of IT lower to higher does not hinder to opt any program for low literacy rate regions to higher.
