You just need to add "output=wfn" to the keywords line and after the coordinates you should specify the name of the desired output file, for instance "CuAc1qqqtb.wfn"
At the end of the input (in the text file), press enter twice and write the name of the file (for example: input.wfn). Enter the keyword output=wfn in the command line.
