I want to carry out a comparative study of a herbal formulation and the gold standard drug- tenofovir for treating hepatitis. An adult dose for tenofovir is 300mg. How can i get the equivalent dosage for a sprague Dawley rat weighing about 200g if the drug is to be administered in liquid form? Thanks
