In my materials the dielectric constant has changed widely with respect to temperature. What will be the high temperature applications of these materials?
Could you give specifics? Real and imaginary permittivity as a function of temperature and frequency? How does the conductivity change with temperature? If your apparent permittivity is high it may be due to interfacual polarization, electrode polarization etc. The loss should be low and conductivity should allos be low, possibly also the breakdown strength. If all these requirements are met, we can talk about applications.
