Policymaking is not a joke. Yet, in India, we have become accustomed to such types of giant dreams without any layering of foundation stones.
The way the scheme is made and is executed will surely yield only a negative outcome, like demonetization, GST mesh, and so on...
To be gainful, dear Sir, we need to be serious students and practitioners, not merely the election-oriented ruling lords!

Self reliant India wont happen unless self reliant societies and communities happen. Traditionally we have been a feudalistic society always depending on someone for sustenance. I am expecting the Indian societies to finally break free of this mentality and start adapting self reliant ways of survival and growth. The interesting aspect of self reliant growth is that it is limited by only the individual effort and favorable environment. This growth in turn will impact all the aspects cited above. If this does not happen, none of the above aspects would be impacted significantly. This initiative can help India move towards an egalitarian society.
I will comment on the following question. What will be the benefits under AATMANIRBHAR BHARAT(Self Reliant India) Scheme? Self reliance for me is a concept which does not at all work. Self reliant on what? We depend on others and others depen on us otherwise nothing will function. Just self reliant India is a joke.
