Hello I’m a university student doing a research project. my research is comparing native maple species and a non native maple species (Sugar maple vs Norway maple) I’m examining the differences in autumn phenology being colour change. when did the species first change colour, 50% of the tree changed colour and 100% of the tree changed colour. Im between doing multiple t test or an anova test but I keep second guessing myself the more I look into it so I’m wondering what is the better analysis to run is and why? Thank you!
