Some theories said 80 % you learn from seeing,while other said 80% you learn from hearing.
There suppose to be visual communication,verbal communication and gestalt.
What type of communication you find most effective in teachinh base on your experience?

I will put the effectiveness of communication in teaching in the following order of importance:
1. Facilitating problem solving in teams (after delivering the conceptual framework through readings or lecture) and making presentation by the group to the whole class.
2. Communication through relevant videos that help buttress the points involved.
3. Involving individuals in answering questions posed with/without some incentives to answer, like a bonus score to those who give insightful answers.
4. Interactive teaching through PPTs which helps the students building the appropriate chronology of the discussion points.
5. Delivering lecture
Good teachers do not talk as much as their less effective colleagues do. This is because good teachers involve the learners—asking questions, framing cases to solve, forming small groups for discussion, asking for the views of learners, pausing to allow students to think. Make the teaching as interactive as possible.

I think good teaching should use all available means: Visual, conceptual, gestalt, examples, participation etc. A good teacher combines all of them with wisdom or trained intuition. You cannot give recipes for a good lecture! Either you have it or not!

If i may resume it suppose to use multi channel communication that use diferrentiate instruction so every learner style is captured and follow the communication effectively
