I am writing to inquire about managing my ResearchGate account after my institutional email ID expires. I currently use my university email address to access my ResearchGate account.

As I will be completing my MSc degree soon, my university email ID will expire. I am concerned about losing access to my ResearchGate account.

Could you please guide me on the following:

1. How can I update my email address on ResearchGate after my institutional email ID expires?

2. Are there any alternative methods to verify my account and maintain access?

I have already sent massage to researchgate help center but didn't find any reply. It's urgent!
