Thesis topics depend generally on your interest. A thesis will be your 'baby' for some time so your topic should be one that really interests you. A tip would be to read first about TecVoc, the issues that surround its implementation, and see from there which one you think is something that you can tackle-- remember the thesis should also be well within your capacity to carry out. On top of what Manalo clearly stated "real interest of you" the second issue is to look for "what you can contribute-gap to fill" in the existing literature. Gap could mean many things: to identify areas not well researched, apply new methodologies, and even improved sampling approaches.
