I am doing research on the Organisational Citizenship behavior of Teachers in relation to their job performance. For my research paper, I would appreciate it if you could suggest some questions for me.
Does your curriculum reflect the state of the knowledge on this subject at the current time? Or are you simply presenting what this school's authorities demand you present?
Are you encouraging students to interpolate and extrapolate from your curriculum, in areas where questions exist among the experts?
I really liked the answer from L Kurt Engelhart - I have seen those problems in my work from day to day and on looking back, I realise that was the origin of a lot of the problems when I was at school. Of course, at that age I didn't know how to ask those questions so I am glad you are looking at it and speaking for the learners everywhere - and I say that because education, to me, is not just for children.
My additional question which you might consider if your paper has not yet been finalised:
According to my understanding the questions should cover students performance evaluation, self satisfaction of the teacher and study environment support.
