Hi Niamh, my methodology: Interviewing the client, includes rating progress/goal attainment on a scale (quantifiying results) watching (psychophysiological reactions), discussing or/and watching critical incidents. In this case ("Jürgen) the client showed clear reactions in the in sensu confrontation with alcoholic beverages. Sometimes I use questionaire and test. Not this time because the client comes once a year for catamnesis. Best, Christoph
