After almost 13weeks of lock down to limit the spread of Covid-19 virus, Indian universities may reopen in the first week of July amidst the rising level of infections. This will require travels by many of the students from different parts of the country to make the universities operational.
Assessments based on previous achievements along with the utilisation of online resources will be helpful in saving the students particularly.
I think school, colleges and universities should resume their works after the aggregate number of active patients starts falling in the concerned state.

It is possible to rely on alternative evaluation methods such as projects, research, electronic tests or testing for final stage students only, taking all precautionary measures.
