I have found CWW implementations where no groudtruth is available in which their assessment is performed by contrasting against an "expected behaviour" but, is there any objective measure/method for evaluating a CWW implementation results?

I 've not perfect answer to you because CWW is still debatable ...CWW is a broad overarching methodology, which makes it very rich because it is open to interpretations
