I want to get a bilayer structure that consists of conductive reduced graphene oxide (rGO) on the thin PMMA or PDMS surface.
First I spin-coated PMMA (PDMS) on glass (plastic Petri dish and wafer were also tried ), then spin-coated GO film on the PMMA and reduced GO to rGO. Finally, peel off the bilayer structure from the bottom substrate, but after that, the rGO was not conductive longer.
How can I get this bilayer structure? Is there any material can be used as the substrate to make the thin PMMA layer be easily peeled off?
